Workplace Wellness

Fact - Menopause happens to 100% of 51% of workers. That’s a huge proportion of the workforce that is affected and needs to be supported.

Does your business/workplace have HR policies and procedures in place that support women going through menopause? Does it also provide support to people managing women going through menopause?

If they do, does it work?

Is it used?

Could it be better?

I can help.

As a registered nutritional therapist I specialise in supporting women at all stages of menopause to take back control and feel better fast. I am also an ex-Client Services Director with a 20-year career working, so I understand the corporate world as I was very much a part of it.

This combined knowledge and expertise, in both health and wellness and the corporate world, make me the perfect person to deliver wellness training within your business. I'd love to help because I know it works, and as well as supporting your team, it will improve your business.

Here are some of the services I deliver to businesses to improve workplace wellness -

  • Educational - Talks, webinars

  • Practical - Workshops, demos, content for newsletters, etc

  • Therapeutic - Pop-up clinics, 1-1 sessions

  • Fun - Mini health challenges, competitions, motivating people

  • Functional - Health screening, tests, body composition checks

  • Seasonal - Different themes for different times of the year
